"Ugh, those feels again"

In a society where everyone has been hurt and no longer wants to be hurt we continue the cycle. We are all in a way meeting people, talking on the phone/texting, hanging out, having sex, and being strangers again... Why though? What has blocked us from actually liking someone and saying this is where I want to be? It's like a phobia to like people! It's funny though..the people that don't want to be hurt again are the ones hurting people, and the ones that never meant any harm are being broken down. The irony of life... For me it's hard to put yourself out there to someone without them thinking you want to force them into a relationship, stop their "hoetation", or just limit them in this box. When really you just want them around, that's it simple. Snoh Aalegra's song I Want You Around is the perfect example of I am not trying to put a label on this, but it feels good and I like it...I want more of this. She says, "I don't want to kiss you. Yeah, I, just want to feel you" something so light, yet so intimate. But how do you tell someone this without running them away or sounding like you love them ? When you find out tell me, because I can't get it right. hahahaha..... At some point you do have to get out of wonderland though and say look this how I feel, this is what I want, and this is what it's going to be. When you do it tell me how it goes, ok? Ha! Also, Honor yourself enough to walk away from what could be so perfect, but it isn't working because you deserve your feelings to be validated, respected, good laughs, conversation and an Amazing MIND BLOWING orgasm..Oh also good food, and lots of water. I guess go with the flow, date, allow yourself to like and be liked, set your boundaries honor them as well, and don't allow anyone to make you feel like a Peep when you're a pink Starburst.
